– Prepare a water source and power outlet near the device (if available)

– Ensure someone is at home during the technician's visit

– Notify in advance of any unusual conditions (the machine has an odor, is leaking water, is not running...)

– Do not use the device immediately after cleaning; wait at least 30 minutes for it to dry completely.
