🔁 Rental & Deposit Policy

🧼 Maintenance Guidelines

• DO NOT:

  • Wipe the lens with hands/clothes/paper towels

  • Leave the camera under direct sunlight, near sharp objects, or stuffed in a tight backpack

  • Expose to seawater, sand, dirt

  • Disassemble components or engage in vigorous activities while carrying the camera

  • Continuously turn the camera on and off or use it under laser lights

• SHOULD:

  • Use the provided cloth to clean the lens

  • Cover the lens when not in use

  • Store in the bag and remove the battery when placing in the trunk of a car, suitcase, airplane...

💸 Compensation Policy

• Scratches/appearance: compensation from 200,000 VND – 500,000 VND depending on the level

• Damaged screen, lens, flash, unusable errors: compensation according to repair costs

• In case it cannot be repaired: 100% compensation of the camera value

1. Contact and Consultation
   Customers send requests via the 6ixgo app or messages to choose the appropriate machine model. Discuss the rental duration, usage needs, and pickup location.

2. Confirmation and Deposit
   Confirm the machine model and rental duration. Pay a deposit in cash/bank transfer, equivalent to the machine's value (negotiable for regular customers).

3. Delivery and Instructions
   The machine will be delivered to the specified location (if requested). The renter checks the machine, accompanying accessories, and receives basic maintenance instructions.

4. Return Machine and Refund Deposit
   Return the machine on time and in its original condition (except for reasonable wear and tear). After checking the machine, the rental company will refund the deposit to the customer.

• Deposit amount equivalent to the value of the machine.

• Clear address if requesting delivery to your location.

• Specific time for receiving and returning the machine, to avoid late fees.

• Be clear about the basic use of the camera or ask the rental company if you have never used it before.

• Rental price includes all accessories: camera body, lens kit, memory card, 2 batteries, charger, carrying bag, lens cleaning cloth, strap.

• Do not disassemble, apply strong force, or leave the camera in harsh sunlight, dirt, or seawater.

• If the camera is scratched or damaged, the customer will compensate according to the level of damage (200,000–500,000 VND for appearance, or according to repair costs if it affects operation).

• In case the camera is irreparably damaged, the customer needs to compensate 100% of the camera's value.

• Please return on time and notify in advance if there are any changes to the schedule.
