Post-Course Support

📍Final goal: swim 50m or complete one lap in a 25m pool
Students need to prepare:
– Personal swimwear
– Goggles
– Swim cap
– Earplugs (if needed)
The coach will prepare:
– Supportive equipment and training floats suitable for each learning stage
Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before class (avoid swimming on a full or empty stomach)
Always follow the instructor’s guidance for safety
Inform the instructor beforehand of any health issues
Pool entry fees vary by location and are paid separately by the student
