Class Format

  • Personalized 1-on-1 lessons for maximum effectiveness

    • Stretching and body warm-up on land

    • Getting comfortable in water

    • Combining movements in the water

  • In-Water Practice

    • Practice swimming with a float for safety and form

    • Learn to float, tread water, and control breathing

    • Swim without the float once confident

      📍Final goal: swim 50m or complete one lap in a 25m pool

Buyer Preparation

Students need to prepare:

– Personal swimwear
– Goggles
– Swim cap
– Earplugs (if needed)

The coach will prepare:

– Supportive equipment and training floats suitable for each learning stage

Note
  • Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before class (avoid swimming on a full or empty stomach)

  • Always follow the instructor’s guidance for safety

  • Inform the instructor beforehand of any health issues

  • Pool entry fees vary by location and are paid separately by the student
