• Customers send messages through the 6ixgo platform to request services and send documents that need translation.

• In this step, I will discuss the type of document, purpose of use, deadline for submission, and any special requirements (if any).

2. Provide Quotation

• The quotation is determined based on the length and complexity of the document.

• The standard translation price is 30,000 VND/page (~300–350 words) and can be adjusted by agreement if the quantity is large or the document is specialized.

3. Proceed with Translation

• After confirmation, I will proceed to translate the document according to the content and deadline discussed.

• During the translation process, if there are points that need clarification, I will contact to verify with the customer.

4. Deliver the Work and Edit (if needed)

• The completed document will be sent via email or the agreed contact channel.

• If the customer has reasonable editing requests, I am ready to assist promptly.
