Booking Confirmation 

• Reservation application form: Once you have chosen a suitable apartment, Ms. JiEun will prepare a reservation deposit form and the contract will be sent to you. 
• Signing the contract and deposit: After signing the contract and making the deposit, your reservation is confirmed. Ms. JiEun will send you the confirmation of the apartment rental contract. 
• Preparing to move in: The apartment has been cleaned and you can start moving in from 25/11/2024. 

When deciding to rent an apartment, thorough preparation is crucial to ensure a comfortable and convenient living experience. Here are some things that tenants need to prepare before signing the contract: 

Personal documents: 

Prepare valid identification or passport to verify your identity when signing the contract and receiving the apartment. 

Prepare the deposit: 

Please prepare the deposit in advance for Ms. JiEun to confirm your reservation. Ms. JiEun will confirm your reservation in writing. 

Proceed to sign the rental contract: 

The rental contract will be effective for 12 months from the date of signing. The deposit amount in the rental contract is 2 months' rent. Ms. JiEun will prepare this document for you. 

After signing the apartment rental contract, Ms. JiEun will hand over the keys or the apartment door passwords to you. 

To ensure a smooth rental process, please note the following: 

• Timely payment: Pay the rent on time as agreed to avoid any penalty fees or unnecessary disputes. 
• Note that the rent does not include management fees, parking fees, and utility costs such as electricity and water. 
• Asset maintenance: Use the equipment and items in the apartment carefully. Any damage or wear and tear will be deducted from your deposit. 
• Respect common spaces: Limit noise, especially at night, to ensure peace and quiet for all residents. 
• Compliance with the law: Commit to strictly adhering to the laws of Vietnam and the building's regulations.
