Participants:
- Beginners who want to learn from the basics.

Service Progress
The process of conducting the class:
- Warm-up (10-15 minutes): Light exercises to warm up the body, helping to increase flexibility and reflexes.
- Basic techniques (20-30 minutes): Learning how to hold the racket, move on the court, how to hit the ball (forehand, backhand, volley, serve, dink).
- Strategies and practice (30 minutes): Guidance on standing positions on the court, how to coordinate with teammates, defensive and offensive strategies.
- Actual matches (20-30 minutes): Playing to apply the techniques learned in real situations.
- Cool down (5-10 minutes): Stretching and relaxing to avoid injuries.
Buyer Preparation
Equipment to prepare:
- Pickleball paddle (smaller than a tennis racket, larger than a table tennis paddle).
- Sports shoes that support quick movement on the court.

The cost includes the court fee, the ball, and a playing partner (if desired).
