Step 1: Customers select a translation package (half day / full day) and schedule directly on 6ixgo.

Step 2: After scheduling, customers discuss further with Thảo Uyên about the content of the meeting, location, number of participants, and the field that needs translation.

Step 3: Thảo Uyên confirms the schedule, provides a detailed quote (including allowances if traveling to the province), and prepares the content as requested.

Step 4: On the appointment day, Thảo Uyên arrives on time and proceeds with the translation as required by the customer.

Step 5: At the end of the meeting, both parties review and confirm the completion of the service on the 6ixgo system.

• Working session information: content, purpose, industry, and related documents (if any).

• Specific location and time, for the interpreter to arrange travel and prepare in advance.

• Documents, contracts, slides, or meeting scripts sent in advance to understand the content and terminology.

• Notify if the working session has special requirements (out of town, multiple locations, all-day accompaniment...).

• If it is a tour or golf support, please provide itinerary – duration – travel location.

• Please schedule at least 2 days in advance to arrange the schedule and prepare the interpretation content.

• For meetings outside of Ho Chi Minh City, clients will support meal or hotel allowances depending on the location.

• The service fee does not include travel costs, which will be specifically reported before accepting the schedule.

• Clients should prepare clear documents and working content to ensure effective interpretation.

• In case of a schedule change, please notify early to adjust the schedule accordingly.

• Do not require interpreters to perform tasks outside their professional scope.
