Taekwondo is a martial art originating from South Korea, loved and practiced by millions worldwide. It is also recognized as an official sport in global competitions such as the Olympics and ASIAD.
There are 6 belt levels based on the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) system: White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, and Black.

To ensure a safe and effective training session, participants need to pay attention to:
No jewelry or accessories during practice
Warm up properly and rest if needed
Eat a light snack at least 30 mins before training
Avoid overeating, alcohol, or stimulants before class
Wear breathable innerwear under uniform; bring a jacket if cold
Bring a dry outfit to change after training
If injured, consult your coach – do not self-treat without proper knowledge (e.g. applying ointments incorrectly can worsen swelling)
