Class Progress

The process of conducting the class



  1. Basic assessment and goal setting: At the beginning of the class, we will assess the current level and set learning goals. Each student will have their own individual goal to have a suitable learning path.
  2. Practicing basic skills: Students will be guided on basic skills such as how to hold the racket correctly, serving techniques, basic ball control, and proper movement. Everything will be practiced systematically, from easy to difficult.
  3. Practicing tactics and strategies: After mastering the basic techniques, students will be introduced to offensive and defensive tactics. Strategies will be practiced in different situations to help students take control of the game.
  4. Physical training: Table tennis requires quick reflexes and good physical condition. Physical exercises will help students improve endurance, flexibility, and agility, creating a solid foundation for every match.

  2. Table tennis ball: Prepare a good quality table tennis ball. You can buy table tennis balls at sports stores or I will provide them if needed.
  3. Comfortable clothing: The class requires comfortable sportswear, especially sports shoes to allow for flexible movement throughout the lesson.
  4. Towel and drinking water: Practicing sports will make you sweat, so remember to bring a towel and drinking water to keep your body comfortable and hydrated.
  5. Ready spirit: A relaxed and ready-to-learn spirit is an important factor that helps you progress quickly in the learning process.
