Once the booking is confirmed, guests will be asked to make a deposit if the total payment surpasses VND 10,000,000; otherwise, payment will be settled at Lakeview Villa reception on the date of arrival.

*For foreign guests, please prepare: Valid Visa, Passport.

*For Vietnamese guests, please prepare: Citizen ID card.

-    Check-in time: 2:00PM / Check-out time: 12h00 noon. Please submit your ID or Passport upon check-in

-    Payment must be settled before Check-in.

-    Late check – out before 18h00: Half day charge; Late check –out after 18h00: Full day charge.

-    Children from 6-12 years old must use an extra bed. Guests over 12 are considered as adults.

-    The extra mattress is dependent on the room you chose.

-    The Villa reserves the right to release all rooms if guests NO-SHOW at 18h00 unless acceptance for late check - in by the Sales Department.

-    Any booking, amendment, cancellation should be informed in writing with the acceptance of the Sales Department.

Please kindly refrain from using large or high-volume sound equipment or excessively bright lighting to avoid disturbing other residents at Lakeview.
