Students prepare their basic equipment:
Appropriate swimwear

Basic swimming equipment
Swim goggles: help protect the eyes when entering the water
Swim cap: keeps hair tidy, prevents pool water from affecting hair
Towel and personal items

Students need to notify in advance if there are any changes to the schedule
It is recommended to maintain a frequency of 2–3 sessions/week to achieve the best results
