ποΈββοΈ Personal home fitness training helps you shape your body, enhance your health, and improve your fitness with a clear plan and the companionship of a professional trainer.
ποΈββοΈ The program is designed 1:1 according to the physical condition and personal goals of each student, helping you optimize results in just a few weeks of training, right in your own home.
π No need for a gym β the trainer will come to you, helping you create healthy habits and noticeably improve your physique!!!

β°Duration of proposal: 3 sessions/week Each session lasts: 60 minutes
β Week 1β2: Warm-up & Technique shaping
Initial health assessment
Familiarization with breathing techniques, proper posture
Practice basic full-body movements
Start building endurance and flexibility
Goal: Get used to movement, understand the body's operation mechanism, reduce pain due to poor posture.
β Week 3β4: Strengthening & muscle control
Gradually increase difficulty and intensity
Exercises to strengthen key muscle groups
Incorporate additional light resistance exercises
Goal: The body begins to tone up, forming a regular workout habit.
β Week 5β8: Sculpting form β Shaping physique
Design a specialized training plan based on goals (fat loss, muscle gain, body maintenance...)
Increase focus time on areas needing improvement
Combine with basic dietary advice
Goal: Start to see clear changes in physique, measurements, and fitness.
β From week 9 onwards: Maintain & Optimize physique
Flexibly adjust the training plan to avoid boredom
Regular monitoring by the trainer and adjustment of advanced exercises
Can incorporate endurance-enhancing exercises, stress reduction
Goal: Comprehensive improvement of physique β health β spirit.
- Minimum training space of 2x2m at home
- Exercise mat & personal towel
- Drinking water, comfortable clothing
- Trainer can assist with light training equipment (if needed)
- Customers need to discuss with the trainer about the time and goals beforehand.
- The training schedule will be arranged flexibly, prioritizing the needs of the students (the trainer will discuss directly).
- Ensure health before starting the program.
- For those with underlying health conditions, please inform clearly to have an appropriate workout designed.
- The classes apply to the area of Ho Chi Minh City (training at home, no fee for travel within the city).
- Please notify at least 6 hours in advance if you need to change the training schedule.
