• Provide complete information: time, location, content to be translated, area of expertise • Proactively send related documents (if any) as early as possible for the translator to prepare thoroughly • Notify at least 24 hours in advance if there are changes or cancellations • Respect the time, rights, and agreements established with the service provider • If translation is needed outside of regular hours, in other provinces, or special requests → it is advisable to discuss before scheduling
